Jefferson School District believes that all students can learn.

To ensure academic success, the Instructional Norms Team has been formed to develop a resource bank of instructional strategies to be practiced in all content areas. The essential focus of this team is to reduce the gap between intended (state standards) and attained (what is actually learned) curriculum for all students. Instructional Norms Team members will assist in establishing consistent instructional practices, foster collaboration, and support peers in implementing instructional strategies from the resource bank.
